Terms and Conditions
Dogs are accepted for boarding with us under the following conditions:
1. Vaccinations
All dogs must have a current Certificate of Vaccination against Distemper, Virus Hepatitis, Leptospirosis and Canine Parvovirus – annual booster. Dogs boarding between 1st May – 31stDecember are required to have an additional intranasal vaccination against Canine Infectious Bronchitis at least 15 days prior to arrival
For the protection of all of our guests; we will not accept any dogs whose vaccinations are not order on the day of arrival (certificates to be produced).
2. Boarding fees
All charges are levied from the day of arrival and including the day of departure (unless collecting a.m.). All accounts must be settled on collection
3. Cancellation fees:
Please provide as much notice as possible should you need to cancel your booking with us. We regret that short notice cancellations will incur charges:
-Notification less than 14 days before arrival – 75% of full boarding fee.
-Less than 24 hours or no notification – 100% full boarding fee.
-The booking deposit is non-returnable in the event of any cancellation.
We insist upon these cancellation charges to protect our business; please be aware of these notice periods if you wish to change your booking.
4. Our procedure in the event of illness
Our first concern is for the welfare of your dog so, in the event of injury or illness, a veterinary surgeon may be called in and all costs in connection with and in the carrying out of his/her instruction shall be at the owner’s expense if not covered by our insurance.
5. Dogs are accepted at their owner’s risk
That it is clearly understood and agreed that, whilst every care and attention is given to your dog(s), they are accepted at the owner’s risk.
6. Insurance
Insurance cover up to £2000 is included. Owner’s excess £60
